All guests must have a HBA Fox Cities Parade of Homes ticket to tour the homes. (A ticket is not required for children four-years-old and under.)

We’ve expanded our event to include additional entry types to give you more options and designs to explore. The event now features:

NEW CONSTRUCTION
• In-person touring during the event
• Builders at each of the homes during event hours
• Home and builder information available in the guidebook and at foxcitiesparadeofhomes.com

UNDER CONSTRUCTION
• Street-view only
• Home and builder information available in the guidebook and at foxcitiesparadeofhomes.com

VIRTUAL – NEW CONSTRUCTION
• 3D tours viewable at foxcitiesparadeofhomes.com
• Home and builder information available in the guidebook and at foxcitiesparadeofhomes.com

Homes open for in-person viewing will be numbered (e.g. 1-20) and clearly marked online and in the guidebook under “New Construction/Remodel | Open for in-person viewing”.

Other entry types, such as “under construction” and “virtual” may be “street-view only” (if the builder has elected to publish the address) and are not open for in-person touring. All “virtual” entries will have 3D viewable tours posted on foxicitesparadeofhomes.com at the start of the event.

Due to safety reasons, “under construction” entries are street-view only. No person may tour the premise during the event.

Virtual entries may already be occupied by its owners and therefore are unable to be viewed during the event.

If you’re seeking additional information regarding an under-construction or virtual entry, we recommend connecting with the builder.

Parade of Homes guidebooks will be available with proof of ticket purchase the Monday prior to the start of the event at the HBA Fox Cities Office (920 W. Association Dr., Appleton) or at any of the participating homes in the Parade during the event dates and times.

The floor plans and renderings of Parade homes in the event are copyrighted and the copyright holder must grant permission for any use. For inquiries regarding specific house plans, consult with the individual builder. All information contained on the Parade home pages were supplied by members. The renderings/floor plans are as true a representation as possible, however, final colors/materials/layout of completed homes may vary from the images on this website.

Each individual home profile indicates whether or not the home is decorated, partially decorated, furnished or partially furnished.

Prior to entering the home, please take off your shoes and put on a pair of clean socks.

Each home featured in the Parade of Homes is either already owned or will soon be owned by an individual or family that looks forward to moving into a brand-new home; please be respectful of all these private houses.

Tickets can be purchased online and at any of the Parade homes during event hours or at ticket selling locations.
